Within your management portal, you can leverage powerful reports to utilise your license allocation. When managing large teams, it’s easy to lose track of who’s using what. In this blog, we’ll go through the powerful tools to keep you updated.
After signing into your portal, you will find the Reporting section at the top. Within, you can find a variety of reports ranging from Usage, Seat, Tokens and Activity Logs. The Usage Report breaks down all users showing their assigned licenses, days used and monthly average. This powerful tool allows you to reassign unneeded licenses to other users.
We have the ability to export these reports to an XLSX or CSV format, including subscription information, users, groups or usage (set to a date range).
Once the export is complete, we can download the file, granting us the option to share as needed. Again, this contains the same information as shown within the reports, without the need to access the portal.
