When publishing PDF documents in the Plans area of BIM 360 Docs you can assign Document Sets.
When the Document Sets are setup these could be anything you like, such as transmittal between project team or members, discipline specific documents, or even the status codes for information containers identified within ISO 19650-2 National Annex NA (as shown in the below image)
This is a easy way for users to see what status a document, drawing, or model is saved within the BIM 360 project. Users can view documents by set in a folder or the whole project.
