RSE began using Forma shortly after Covid with the specific aim of sharing information efficiently, collaborating across different divisions within the business as well as speeding up progress on projects. What started with 25 licenses of the product quickly grew. Soon enough RSE consumed 50 licenses of the product with a view to taking this much more widely with the value-based agreements available from Autodesk. Not only did this mean that the software could be used more widely, it also helped deliver significant projects for RSE as the organisation continued its rapid growth.
With significant customers in the water supply and wastewater industry, RSE utilises Forma not only for its security and compliance for the projects but also due to its ability to scale and cater for any job within RSE’s portfolio.
Looking ahead, RSE hold ambitions to scale the platform even further. By utilising Forma’s open API, the program is rapidly changing into a tool which has been refined to meet the businesses needed. Whether that is creating integrations between technologies used day to day by the team to reduce manual processes, or even to optimise project dashboards so any individual in the business can get the information they need right away.
Looking ahead RSE have now begun to enhance their asset management capabilities using Forma. From fabrication to commissioning and then much longer-term management, RSE are realising the full project lifecycle inside of Forma.
