Yes, however only the named user can sign in and use that software on a single computer at any given time.
Yes. Projects hosted in Forma Data Management can be access through the Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) mobile app, available on App Store and Google Play. Access depends on your subscription and project permissions.
