The Future of Design and Build – Preparing For The New World

Thursday 27th May 2021, 9:30am – 12:00pm

The last twelve months have certainly been a challenging and difficult time for our industry. Not only have we seen projects stall and had the challenges of working remotely, there is now an increasing pressure to deliver projects in shorter timescales and to tighter deadlines than ever before. As virtual events become the norm, Man and Machine invites you to the latest in our live series where we will show you how to leverage the latest tools and updates in order to make your organisation as effective as possible!

On Thursday 27th May, Man and Machine’s Nathan Brownsword will be chairing a morning that consists of all things new to the market and a look at the latest releases to the core Autodesk offerings. With some highly anticipated additions to Revit and wider AEC toolsets, Mark Calloway will deliver a highly anticipated look at the 2022 versions of software. Following this Jonny Pye explores the Autodesk Construction Cloud with overviews of Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate/ BIM Collaborate Pro as well as the new look Autodesk Build. As one of the first UK Autodesk Construction Cloud Elite Partner’s, this is not one to be missed. In our final session of the day, Robin Beales details the advantages of 3D design over 2D with a very specific overview for users either looking to move away from 2D or already on that journey. The designs are then bought to life with Enscape to deliver stunning and truly high quality visualisations for your projects that are created instantly.
