The Future of Design and Build – Making the Transition from CAD to Cloud (Autodesk Build)

Tuesday 18th January, 10am – 12pm

Does your business or team currently have a portfolio of AutoCAD licenses that are being used by individuals outside of the design team? This is all too common amongst customers we have been speaking with and in doing so, you are more than likely on the wrong plan. With the launch of Autodesk Build, there is not only a more cost effective alternative but one that connects the project teams and organisation through the cloud. Alongside a wealth of other features from RFI’s, issue management and snagging, Autodesk now provide a one stop shop that is far greater than the AutoCAD toolset. Gareth Spencer and Nathan Brownsword give a whistle stop tour of the programme along with an insight into their experiences and why Man and Machine customers are making the transition.

What’s being shown?

This live event will show not only the wider functionality available in Autodesk Build but will demonstrate exactly why customers are making the move across and away from their historic AutoCAD arrangements.

Who should attend?

  • Current users of AutoCAD for basic functionality including mark ups, views and communication of problems or issues.
  • Organisations and businesses looking for a project management tool to use across their business or even connecting their supply chain
  • Teams that are being asked to use the platform for specific projects or working with organisations and projects that are using the tool
