Full access to the Man and Machine web portal using a standard internet browser. Our portal allows you to log any of your technical issues direct to the Man and Machine support team.

If your query is logged online, we will respond within just 2 hours of your initial request.

Access to knowledge base

Man and Machine provide a knowledge base on line to all our support customers allowing full access to all of our beneficial user and technical information relating to the Autodesk portfolio. These include a range of Q&A's, Tips & Tricks, 2013 product updates plus resolutions to many of the more general technical issues.

Our technical support team are always available at the end of the telephone to offer experienced, personal support to you throughout the day.

Invite to annual user event

In appreciation to our customers and to offer that extra support, you will be invited to attend our Annual user event. Our technical team will be demonstrating new releases, breakout sessions for new features and benefits, tips & tricks plus much more additional technical information in order to help you help your business needs.

Our monthly bulletin is a friendly, yet hugely beneficial communication that highlights current known technical issues, information relating to service packs, bug fixes and up-to-date product updates.

Allowing Man and Machine to access your systems remotely ensures that our support team can manually investigate and correct those issues you require a helping hand with. Granting us access to your system remotely is that peace of mind that our experts have resolved your problem personally.
