New Technical Support System at M+M

 

Man and Machine are pleased to announce the launch of their new technical support system.

At Man and Machine we strive to deliver the best possible customer experience, whether it's how we answer an initial sales enquiry to how we provide post sales support. This is why we've launched our new online customer support system to give you more flexibility and ultimately piece of mind.

The Man and Machine support system is a web based tool that allows individual customer contacts the ability to report and track issues relating to commercial Autodesk software, educational Autodesk
Tech software, or anything else technically related.

It's a two way system that assigns responsibility for an issue to a specific Man and Machine technical representative and it keeps track of all calls until the issue is resolved to our customers' satisfaction. We also now have the capability to provide remote assistance should the need arise to again help resolve issues faster.


Each client contact that requires a login will be issued with an individual username and password thus enabling access to the support system. Providing all the relevant information is supplied when a new case is opened, many issues can be dealt with immediately and although the resolution of the issue will be assigned to a specific person, escalation procedures are in place to ensure that nothing slips through the net.

Using your username and password you will be able to log in to the support system using your internet browser and the following link:

Please read the attached user guide before trying to use the system as it contains information required to initially log in as well as a guide on how to create new requests.

The new support system goes live on Monday 19th October 2009, allowing you, the customer to contact us using the fastest most efficient way possible. After this date all support queries must be logged via the web portal, telephone support is available for emergency requests and email should only be used (if necessary) when replying to an existing query.

To request a login for the system please email us at mmsupport@manandmachine.co.uk. You will receive a confirmation email containing your username and password details once your user account has been set up.
